About Caroline

As a qualified coach I have been actively teaching since 2013. I have experience in free skating, ice dance, synchro skating and ice hockey. I coach all abilities from absolute beginners to competitive skaters, and welcome all ages from tots to adults.

As a skater, I competed in both singles and synchronised skating, with the highlight of competing at the senior level at Scottish championships, British championships and international competitions.

Lessons are for everybody

Skaters may start 1-2-1 lessons at any standard. Whether you are just taking your first steps on the ice, or are looking to improve your existing skills. Skaters of all ages and abilities are welcome to book a lesson. During lessons we work progressively on skills in the British Ice Skating SkateUk programme all the way to skills at the competitive level and beyond.

If you want to take lessons for fun and fitness, or if you have a goal of testing and competing. Let me know what you would like to focus on and I’ll help you achieve your goals.

Need to hire skates?

No Problem! Skate hire is readily available at the ice rink during public sessions. Once your skating becomes more advanced and you wish to attend figure sessions, then you will need your own skates.

Lessons prices start at £16.00 for a 30 minute lesson. Whether you are looking to book regular lessons, or a one-off gift for yourself or somebody else. Please get in touch for further information.

I am currently based at Moray Leisure Centre in Elgin, Scotland.

All lessons take place on either public sessions or figure sessions, dependant on your skating ability. The type of session your lesson will take place on will be stated when you book.

Please be aware that you will also need to pay admission to access the ice at Moray Leisure Centre. If you require skate hire this will also need to be paid for at reception. MLC's session times and prices can be viewed at the link below.
